Governance Committee - What We Do The Governance Committee (GC) is a committee of LICA. - Reviews, revises and develops bylaws and policies as directed by the Board
- Monitors and reviews bylaws and policies, recommending changes when necessary
- Developed and provides training related to the consensus model of governance utilized by LICA
Evaluation: - The GC shall review its Terms of Reference and evaluate its objectives annually.
