Lakeland Industry & Community Association LICA is a community-based not-for-profit association whose main goals are to provide residents with a timely response to concerns identified in the Lakeland area and to ensure that growing development is conducted in a responsible manner. LICA serves the area west of the 4th Meridian (Saskatchewan border) from the Northern edge of the Cold Lake Air Weapons Range to the Western boundaries of the Municipal District of Bonnyville #87 and the County of St. Paul #19 (as of March 2007) and at the North Saskatchewan River Bridge at Secondary Highway 881, south to Highway 45, then east to Highway 17 (Saskatchewan border). LICA is proud to have our Airshed Zone and the Beaver River Watershed Alliance as independent standing committees.
